Flu shots offered to students at CRMS:
This week, your child will bring home a letter from DHEC announcing that flu vaccines will be given at CRMS for those students interested in receiving them. The vaccine will be in SHOT form this year instead of the mist form. The letter outlines the cost of the shot and provides you with a contact phone number if you have additional questions about the vaccine. If you are interested in having your child received the flu shot at school, please fill out the form attached to the letter and have your child return it to his/her homeroom teacher before November 22nd. The shots will be given before December 16th. You will be notified of the exact date and time.
