Flu shots offered to students at school
The health department will be at Chesterfield Ruby Middle School in the coming weeks to give flu shots to students whose parents give consent to have them. A letter containing information about how to sign up for the shot along with the cost will be sent home with your child this week. If you are interested in your child receiving the shot, please complete the online consent form by going to website and using the validation code noted in the letter. If you are unable to complete the consent form online, you can contact the school nurse for a paper copy. All consents (online and paper copies) must be completed by October 31.
