Clubs and Activities

  • At Chesterfield-Ruby Middle School, we encourage students to get involved, explore their interests, and grow through extracurricular activities. Here are a few of the great clubs and teams offered at our school:

  • Sponsor:
The Jr. BETA Club is a nationally recognized organization that promotes academic achievement, leadership, character, and service. Members participate in service projects, leadership events, and school-wide activities.

  • Sponsor: Mrs. Burr & Mr. King
The Academic Bowl Team is for students who love learning and a little friendly competition! Team members study a wide range of academic subjects and compete against other schools in quiz-style tournaments.
📩 See Mrs. Burr  or Mr. King if you're interested in trying out.

  • Sponsor: Ms. Baker
Whether you're a beginner or a strategic mastermind, the Chess Club is open to anyone who wants to learn and play. Students sharpen their critical thinking and logic skills in a fun, supportive setting.
📩 Reach out to Ms. Baker for meeting times and how to join.
