At Chesterfield-Ruby Middle School, we’re here to support your child’s growth — both academically and personally. Two key people helping make that happen are Mrs. Karcher and Mr. Demby!

Mrs. Karcher is here to support students with academic planning, personal challenges, and social-emotional needs. Whether your child needs help with time management, friendship issues, or just someone to talk to, Mrs. Karcher is a safe and caring resource.

✨ Mr. Demby – Middle School Career Specialist
Mr. Demby helps students begin thinking about their futures! From career exploration and soft skills to goal setting and planning for high school and beyond, he guides students in discovering their strengths and interests.
📅 Parents can contact Mr. Demby for questions about career activities, job shadowing opportunities, or how to help students set goals for the future.
